My mom just called me with the best news! The lymph nodes were benign!!! The cancer did not spread! This is just a partial report; she goes into the doctor this afternoon for a complete report. I will let you know more when I hear back from her, but this initial news is very good, especially since the cancer was considered a stage three cancer (something she did not tell me until Saturday morning).
