Three cheers to Angelo who has maintained normal glucose readings since being told he has diabetes. An extra three cheers for losing 25 pounds and still going down. He reached one of his goals this morning - to get below 200 pounds. His ultimate goal is lose another 20 and get to 180 pounds.
