Dee Dee is ten months old today. She has two bottom teeth, two top teeth fully through the gums and two more top teeth just poking through. With all her new chompers comes the desire for
independence in eating. The last couple days have been interesting as we try to figure out what she will eat and what she won't. We finally realized it is not the food she's being picky about, but the hand that feeds her. She wants HER hand to go to her mouth.
So, now instead of strained peas and beans and apple cherry sauce, she's eating pieces of banana, cut up olives, Gerber
freeze dried fruit bits, the enduring Cheerios and even pieces of sliced, canned beats.
Why she'd even eat a whole apple, if she could.
