That sun felt good!

I just spent some time outside, in the sun, weeding the flower bed. Even though I’ve had some back pain, I needed to get out. I knew the sun’s rays would help my attitude and lift my spirits. Now I’m itchy, smell like dirt and feel much better about doing the work inside the house. Tony’s had some time to ride his bike, help with the flower bed, and also get the sun’s rays we so desperately need.

Besides, the flower bed hadn’t been weeded in at least a year.
