The Ocean - Monday

We had a very good day yesterday. Tony and I, along with our hosts visited a highly regarded ocean museum, and after lunch, he got to play on the ocean sand, and even get his feet into the water. He had the most fun squealing and running away from the waves as they crashed and raced up to his feet.

We were given an extra treat by the presence of what we believe to be two gray whales. They meandered by about 1/4 mile out, and we could spot their progress by their spouts as they came up for air.

It really was a gorgeous day yesterday, better than we could have ever hoped for. But the clouds have started to come in, and we might soon be witness to an ocean storm.
